Enter Transaction - File - Recall Current Order

You can recall a current order and continue processing it, amend the order, delete it, or re-hold it as required as per the normal sales process.

Technical Tip You cannot amend the details of an item line that has already been delivered, or any details of an order that has been finalised.

1. Select POINT OF SALE | DOCKET CREATION.

Micronet displays the Enter Transaction screen.

2. Select FILE | RECALL CURRENT ORDER..

Micronet displays the Select Order screen with a list of current orders.

3. If required, you can filter the list of current orders by Invoice No, Debtor Name, Debtor Number, Contact (Last) (the current order for the contact) or Order No.

Micronet displays the current orders matching your criteria at the bottom of the screen.

4. Double-click on the current order you want to load, or select an order and press the Enter key.

Micronet redisplays the Enter Transaction screen with the details of the order.

5. Continue processing the order by completing the steps required in the "Docket Creation Overview".
